| It is about sex and cheating. The part about gentlemen not asking questions is saying that a gentleman shouldnt need to ask questions to know how to please her but to pay attention to what she says and all the subliminal messages that they say. about "do you think that he'd be better doing what i do best" to me that says that she's with another man and he's gone and had sex with her. Then is basically saying, I'm better than he is wouldn't u rather be with me. Her parents think that she's with a different guy... That's what i interperet it to mean though.
