| Bloc Party – The Prayer Lyrics | 19 years ago |

| Death Cab for Cutie – A Movie Script Ending Lyrics | 19 years ago |

| Cursive – The Game of Who Needs Who the Worst Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| this song has always seemed to me that this is all taking place in a public place or where people around. and the guy whispers something in "pretty baby's ear" and "sweetie" asks her what did he say. and he comes to all these conclusions thoroughout the song. but thats just me. | |
| Mates of State – Nature and the Wreck Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
i never quite finished my thought. but it all really fits. "I know I haven't said enough. I know we haven't said enough." they cant necessarily talk as we do seeing as though their child cant speak english yet. "How I will protect, and how each day matters." their love for their child "Spying shows, your limbs caught in the rails. These simple games will soon be growing tales." looking through the crib and how this will be fond memories. from the "your arms are like the trees." to "I know more what you need. You need me to put you in the trees." they know whats best etc "I know we haven't said enough But I know I've never loved this much." those two lines are pretty much sef-explainatory. but this is all just one person's thoughts. |

| The Jim Yoshii Pile Up – A Deep Deep Lake Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| im guessing this song is about an alcoholic father that comes back into the picture after a long absent. yes? no? | |
| The Beatles – Get Back Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
im told that this song is about transvestites. i mean it makes sense. "Sweet Loretta Martin thought she was a woman But she was another man" i could be wrong, and i could just be taking the literal meaning while there could be some thought provoking sublimal meaning that im missing. but hey, you never know. eitherway, the beatles are amazing to say the least. |

| Cursive – A Disruption in the Normal Swing of Things Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
it seems like sweeping things under the carpet until it boils up. sweeping: "I swear there’s nothing to see here" boiling: "I swallowed some musk and now I’m choking it up I refuse to say they won; I win the poison all mixed up in my head" though thats just my take on it |

| Mates of State – Ha Ha Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| I like when they're both singing different parts but meet up with "we're not to blame", though the fullout meaning it unclear to me, cause of how it changes so much, nonetheless, amazing. | |
| Coldplay – Life Is for Living Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| yeah i agree with XianSnake. In my opinion the shorter songs of Coldplay are moreso compact with feelings and emotions, to where its almost no reason to make it any longer, cause they already said what needed to be said. And i also think they're some of the better ones. Then again, all of Coldplay is good. (= | |
