Ugh. This song is an obvious reference to Evil Dead. I mean come on "Dead by dawn" recited over and over in the movie. "We are what was, and shall rule again" an obvious rip of "We are the things that were and shall be again" And "This is not real, I am not the chosen one" Ash IS the chosen one, even though he thinks he's not. Wow. |

Ok. I'm a BIG Deicide fan. But even I have to call shenanigans on this one. "There is no such thing as God". Now, while I am in complete agreeance, how can a self described "Satanist" say there is no such thing as God? I mean really, if there is Satan, there is God. |

How come every song that someone writes has to be about someone else? How about this. This about someone creating their own little world of lies and realizing they've dug themselves in too deep. "It's nobody's fault, it was all my own I made this mess now it's over." I'm not one for looking deep into songs, I just found this because they were making fun of you people at something awful. But wow. Every song in the world is not about someone doing something to someone else. People do write about themselves once in a while. |
