Not all rap sucks. Keep in mind. However, rap about glorifiyng crimes, degrading women to shit, being egotistical, greedy, self-centered, moronic, being a hypocrite, doing drugs.. is crap. Tell me what has 50 cent done that has contributed to society ? The media encourages peoples behavior. Now-a-days, this kind of rap is considered cool. Teens are the biggest consumers in the market. Did anyone forget about Martin Luther King ? He didn't die for this.. He didn't die for people ruining his culture. I live in a middle-class and rich town. A lot of the teenagers here try to act ghetto. Being ghetto IS NOT PART OF CULTURE nor should it be glorified as a good thing... The rich teens try to act this.. try to be tough... To act primitive is hot these days.. These kids are egoists, they are feared because they are primitive and can only handle problems with violence, they do drugs, they are living a good community that they try to make shit... they get the cheer leaders, the hot girls, the sluts at our schools.. because PEOPLE eat this shit up... its bronse (sp?) over brains now these days... Is this type of behavior a good thing ? I guess I shouldn't take an epidemic seriously...
