I really love this song, and while they do sound like early Metallica, I still don't think they're posers. Every band leeches, copies something from other bands, even if it's inadvertent. I love this song, it's my favorite Trivium song. I still enjoy the new Trivium more. Love the subject content to this song. |

Well, there's earthly and heavenly. I don't know too much about David Gilmour, but, this sounds like he's satisfied with some type of "Spirtual" feeling. This earthly heaven is enough for me, if that means earth as heaven, then, that sounds good to me. I think he's saying, life, family, and this earth is heaven, and it's enough for him. |

This sounds like a stab at what our government has done to other countries. It's a humbling war/torn world, and he's wondering, will the meek really inherit all the earth. I hope Robert Plant isn't going religious, most of the more recent songs are. |

I really don't know if you're supposed to take this song literally. Sounds like the persons is a bit insane, which is really good for music....LOL.
The song also has a western/rock/eerie/ kind of feel to it. To me, it's like someone is standing in line to heaven searching for someone. |

My favorite band is Led Zeppelin, and, you can catch small tid-bits of his stronger voice. His voice even today is better than most.
I want to hint on something that no-one has yet...is the religios references in this song. Has Robert Plant gone religious, because most of his songs are this way from the newest album. Epecially "Dancing In Heaven". Also, a bunch of his music sounds like it's against the War situation we're going through. |

Either this song is literal, or it's a low blow to American culture. It depends on what the band says about it first. To me, the music of the song is awesome, but if the lyrics are literal...I could care less about the song. |
