Despite the tooth-grindingly embarassing lyrics, I admire the message Ms. Pink is trying to get across. Like dolphins280 pointed out, women have had to go through so much for equality, and people- worst of all, celebrities who so any little girls look up to, like Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson are setting things back decades ago with their stupid, to quote Reese Witherspoon 'look-at-me-I'm-so-stupid-isn't-it-cute' acts. People like that have no aspirations. They think being female is an excuse to do nothing but shake their asses. |
