| Not that anyone is going to read this, but this is an amazing song. It was during the summer of 2000, our guard unit got deployed to kuwait and i remembering pulling guard duty outside with no air conditioning. Not only did we have 130 degree weather and miles of sand around us. It was just all out pretty depressing. I heard this song on my mp3 player that my brother loaded and it described the situation I was in. It was all about having pictures, being over there or overseas, being proud of me. It helped me out so much with where I was at during the time because it seemed that the get up kids knew how to relate. | |
