Well, to answer your question.. (the person above me) like he said, he really is personal when it comes to what he writes, yes, all of the interview may not be true, but he is very personal when it comes to writing. And this song to me is about his depression of his brother dying, him wanting to be in a better place than his dark, sad state of mind, (not that his sadness isn't real), and him feeling so sad about the situation and other problems he is facing that he feels like he should just give up. be aware that i am only 16....my mind is expanding everyday!!! be happy im not drinking/smoking/having "fun" at high school parties etc. like the majority of our youth.... but what good is it to have opinions and take no action? ........thats why i am in a band...but my generation is pathetic....we arent "hardcore"....our vocals arent very good...we dont scream....our appearance doesnt match our music....we need a new singer....blah f-cking blah...at least we have true beliefs..i dont have a problem with religion if you TRULY have faith...but who does anymore....ok get this...this girl in my german class is a "church go-er" and she was pissed because she had to attend church on christmas......WTF....fuck that....i refuse to attend church anymore its a FUCKiNG trend now....kids go to church to skip it and go smoke....please help me help our future.... www.freewebs.com/madamex and www.myspace.com/vomitonme (i am not just trying to get famous and conform!!) i love this site...a meeting place for the open-minded....Much Love... |

i think he is using sarcasim....from governments point of view....like what the presidents "say" they will do for our "great" nation but just want complete control....just giving the idiots a brand new religion....hes mimicing them.....being what he despises....but also saying what he truly feels....but he is aware that the human instinct of GREED will kick in once they obtain..... |
