This makes me remember shit that happened to me in my own life and it's still going on. I dated a girl for 4-6 months depending on the "official" date we started going out. I loved her more than you can imagine and she told me the same, but in the end we chose to split because of complications with school. I later found out that she liked another guy and that was the reason we "didn't get along" any more. Now she wants to be best friends after what we went though and it's ridiculous. This song sounds like a story where someone loved another person and they just screwed them over but still looking for what they want out of them. And now it burns them to see that person now knowing what they did to them. |

This is what I love about the new album. Unless you can relate the song to your life you're just not gonna get it. You realize that you've found that person for you, but for some reason they refuse to believe it when it's blatantly obvious. I love the song, but it just reminds me of how much life can suck at times. |
