Not Sure on alot of the song, but my interpretation so far is a struggle with religion maybe? "Oh man, I can't believe that you did what they said you did And to this day I've still gotta say that in my mind I question it" This could mean that he had been told about a religion like christianity, and cant believe jesus metnally and physically overcame as much as he did for the sole purpose of being a martyr. Also, Maybe the firstborn thing could be jesus, as he is mary's firstborn and last one. "Now I wait to take my turn to bleed Like a kid playing with a razorblade And wonder if I have the balls at all or am I gonna be afraid." This could maybe be the persons battle with suicide, OR Relating himself to jesus, wondering if what he did was suicide, and if he could do the same, and he wants some ones opinion, cause he doesnt know whats going to happpen at the end.
