KoЯn – Mr. Rogers Lyrics 20 years ago
As for the "I will tell..." lines, I picture how a scared young kid who's seen or gone through something severe might say "I'm gonna' tell on you!" as a threat even though it's doubtful they ever really would and if even they did, they might not be believed because they're just a scared young child who probably making up strories.

Sounds exactly like Jonathan's experiance no?; "I told my parents but they didn't believe me, they though I was just joking around. They couldn't believe it happened to their son."

KoЯn – Mr. Rogers Lyrics 20 years ago
It is related to the song 'Daddy'. Jonathan has said that Mr. Rogers told him that he should be kind to his neighbors, that they were all good people...then Jonathan got sexually abused by one of his neighbors. The song "Daddy" tells about the actual abuser, "Mr. Rogers" talks about the possible influence that caused him to be extra *naive* to strangers as a child ("But you told me that everybody was my neighbor") thus made it easier for him and maybe others wide-eyed child trust to be taken advantage of by sick perverts.

But while blaming both attacker and influence, he still also blames himself for falling into trust of both, like if he wasn't so 'dumb', it never would have happened, as most who were abused think. ("Looking back...*dumb*"/"Now, *his* innocence gone...dumb")
