No offense, but you mcrgirl5851 is right- you can't hear the words! It is just an interlude- beautiful, but an interlude. How can we talk about what is basically a filler for the next song means? It complements Thank You For The Venom wonderfully, yes, but it's like trying to explain the meaning in the bass line intro f a song. You can't do it! I don't wabnt to sound hard-assed or anything, it's just....yeah :) |

Really? Okay...i think it means something a little different! My take on it was that P.O.D. want to move on from their old stuff. They're saying, hey, whats happening in the world, "strange days" are going on and they're kind of stuck in a rut or something. And then i read it again and thought, maybe it's partly about a girl too. The fact that everythings changing and "there she goes". Maybe thy warned her some things were gonna change and "i'm not the type to say i told you so" and people just need to let go of the past (them as people) and move on. The part about "....sing until there's no song left " is saying they can't stop things, no matter what they do things will change, people move on, we have to say goodbye. I don't know. I'm probably reading it all wacked, but thats what I think. |
