Unlike this-is-a-low, i really cant relate with the story too much, but there is not doubt that this is an awesome song. The best on the album in my opinion and thats saying alot on this album. He sounds so confident in this song and on the whole album. If only more people can do things like Dizzee Rascal, but if they did he wouldnt sound so special. |

To the qurra, the album you have is the remastered version released in 2004, i believe that the orignal 1998 release is far superior, even though they are pretty much the same albums with some changes. so i suggest you get that. |

What i love about Moss Icon is that any given day a different song of theirs can be my favorite by them. They are just so unique. This is currently my favorite song, but i really don't know if its just because im listening to it now because up next is gravity and that song is brilliant as well.
But this song, there is just something about it, three parts in particular stick out in my mind. 2:30 in where everything changes and no longer is the song laid-back and chilled, but rather agressive and dark to me. 3:30 this is where the song really kicks off and then at 3:44 where he sings "walking along on down" his delivery in the next few lines is absolutely perfect. |

For this lyric I think it means, even though its hard to put into words for me, that its just about people wanting more than they already have. Two of them, and half of everyone else because they want not half of what everyone else has but also want to know about them. This is just what i get from that line. Its one of my favorite lyrics from the album by the way |

When he says "Dead black disc" he is simply refering to the moon after it had been hit by the nukes.
And no, I dont think the nukes were launched for the sun. They were probably launched from country to country and some of them went off course and hit the moon instead. |
