i think this song is about wanting, and needing a better place in this world, and juxtapositioning all of the bad things with the happyness of their own... that's what i think anyway, but it is a very ambiguous song, which can be interpreted heaps of ways. i saw them a few days ago and were dissapointed that they didn't play this song, as it would be amazing live... but eisley were pretty spectacular anyway... |

the title 'sic transit gloria' was taken from the emily dickinson poem "sic transit gloria mundi".
