This song, which was originally titled ‘Vaka’ (the name of Orri’s daughter) opens with something sounding like vaguely like "you saw the light" in English. However, for those of you who don't know, this song as well as the rest of the album is written in a created language affectionately dubbed 'Hopelandic' that is based solely on syllables. This is a very personal album for me as well as so many others, because it invites you to create and to attach your own feelings to this song. It's very unlike other forms of abstract art that tell you precisely what you should be seeing/hearing in a specific piece. Their reason for stripping the titles from the song (as well as discernable lyrics?) is: "I think it's nice to have no titles on the record, it's just the music. But it will be interesting to see how it goes, it's probably going to be difficult for the radio people.
