It is 'but I wish you did 'cause I rid the thought of it'.
But I agree with skank. This song really hits home. I hate it when you're been lead on, and you realize it but he's too amazing to let go of. |

I absolutely love this song, and every other one by Volcanoless. They're a Saskatchewan band if anyone wants to know.
I think this song is about a guy who had a girl go down the wrong path {Hey dad, I hope you know your daughter's dead} and how they broke up because of it, but he still needs her. She makes him happy, but he doesn't know if he wants to go back to his old life. He's realizing he needs her, and she's what makes him happy. |

Okay, I don't think anyone can really put a meaning on any of Nirvana's songs. The way they were wrote are just too...weird (for lack of a better word) and are impossible for anyone to know the meaning except the person that wrote them. I don't think Kurt really told anyone what the songs meant, so I don't think we'll ever know. |

Beatles song meaning book. Paul and Julian were always very close, even closer than John was to Julian. Paul was riding home one day, and started singing "Hey Julian, don't be afriad", then changed it to "Hey Jules" and finally, "Hey Jude" |

I was reading my friend's "The Beatles Song Meanings" book, and all this song is, is a whole bunch of random words put together to make up a song. "Yellow matter custard dripping from a dead dog’s eye" is an old rhyme from where they grew up. |
