Courtney killed Kurt!!!!!! ok, glad i could get that off my chest. now onto the song. Dumb is an awesome song, Kurt was full of life but like the rest of us had some problems. he was a great person and an excellant musician. his lyrics were doctrine and he, himself was influence. i'm not sure what the song meant to Kurt. and i'd actually perfer to keep it that way. i'd like to think that he would want us to figure it out for ourselves or to let it mean whatever we want it to mean. R.I.P Kurt Cobain, you are missed. peace, |

the Moulin Rouge is an amazing piece of work. i thought the actors, settings, and the performances were excellant. i exspecially love this song orginally by the Police. I think Ewan and Nicole did very well in this movie and their voices fit perfectly. this song is obviously about Christian's jealously of the Duke sleeping with Satine. though he knows that she is just doing what she knows how. but still he can't help being angered. this scene in the movie was one of the best. great movie. there was rumors of Ewan Mcgregor coming out with his own album, i don't know if that holds true or not though. peace, |

i agree with Dak83. this song reflects a lot of gossip and social acceptance on someone else's buisness. but in the end she's willing to "give up the fight" if only she could have another chance to say what she couldn't say before.. its a beautiful song. |

i've never actually heard this song though i bet it is great just like the rest of Sarah's songs, however reading the lyrics bring emotion to mind. Sarah's lyrics always have a way of making things personal for her listeners, that is why i love her music so much. i guess i'll have to download this one... |

another fav 3eb song what i love most about this band have always been the lyrics, so deep, emotional, and sarcastic/edgy. this song is perhaps one of their most sarcastic. they wanted to get to a point, well they achieved it, its pretty bad when your record company tells you to make it an instrumental so the listeners don't get wigged out. tis a shame really. its an awesome song. and i still can't get over the lyrics. peace, |

Narcolepsy, this song you have to either play it over and over again to get it or you listen to it once and it just...clicks. i have always had an easy time relating to this song, its deep, desperate and hard to let go of. all it took was one line for me, "i try to keep awake, but i can feel this Narcolepsy slide into another nightmare." |

3eb never ceases to amaze me. i love this song. my favorite line is, "i want someone to know me, maybe tell me who i am, cause i've faced down my demons and cried out to a god, a god i've never seen." i don't know if this song has a religious aspect to it, however i do feel that it shows him reaching out through the darkness to find...relief? Third Eye Blind is my favorite band, and this song happens to be my favorite song of all time, its been that way for seven years now. this song means so much to me because i can realte to it, all of it, every single word hits a cord in my body. the lyrics are so blunt that its amazingly beautiful. this band always tends to have that affect. Stephan is a complete genius. i love his creative thought process. this song is what all of you have said, about a boy who wants a girl but he knows he'll never have her and it wasn't meant to work out. this song is what we ourselves have gone through once or twice, loving someone you can never have. its sad and very touching. i could have it put on repeat for the rest of my exsistance and never tire of its greatness.
