you can also hear the freaked out mean almost laughing, or trying to cover up a laugh or maybe just panting.. i dont know.. its right after he says that he was let go on a medical discharge about a week ago its on the real recording..
btw i really think the whole idea about all solar systems being bianary is total bull... especially since its past may of 2003 or whatever and well over 10% of our population is still alive... id like to know where you heard all of that

its not as freaky. but, if you listen, at the biggining, right after the guy says, "listen i dont have a whole lot of time" art says, "well first lets just find out if your using this line properly or not" ... that really makes me think that art is in on the joke especially with the tone of his voice... then the fraked out guy says, "area 51" and art says "thats right. were you an employee or are you now" was the art bell show about peoples careers??? is that why he asked that? either that or this is a hoax no doubt.
