this has got to be about drugs, specifically cocaine addiction. the getting out of a difficult situation, but being scared to do it connects with leaving saosin and cocaine addiction. they are both difficult situations. "look how high im jumping from" could connect to how high he would get . . . cocaine, or to mention how touchy or difficult his situation is. if im not mistaken calcium is in your blood also. . . and calcium waste glitter and falling like icicles...NOSEBLEED. thats what i think at least. you also get nosebleeds from cocaine which could explain that this is about addiction to that drug o and lastly "i know what it feels like giving into something you dont understand" also connects to drug addiction. he could be saying he knows what it feels like to have something controlling you and having to give in to addiction that you cant help. or understand |

i definitely think its "this heart is already frozen, i cant remember to thaw." -to thaw means to melt. i think that means his heart is "frozen" in a sense that he does not want to love and its gone bad after what has happened, and he doesn't want to let anyone in to let his heart go back to the way it was... or "thaw" i also think drmmrgrl mad some interesting points about this, i dont know how you came up with that stuff. . . but i really would like to think that anthony is human and is just talking about human relationships and shit that has happened to him. i just dont see how he could make all those really small connections. amazing song. |
