i'm not sure why, but when i hear this song i have a picture in my mind from buffy the vampire slayer. you know, the underground cave where the vampire king or whatever lives? i imagine some sort of vampire initiation ritual going on there whereby you have to rip out the wings of a butterfly to become immortal. i know, i'm strange, don't ask me where i got that from. |

first of all, i don't see why everyone has such a problem with quiffporn, i think he's funny and i don't care if he likes HIM or not (even though i adore HIM)
I think this is a beautiful song. It's special to me cause when i was younger, i was always teased because i had really pale skin and people always laughed and said i was wearing lipstick, but i wasn't, my lips are just very red. So for a long time i hated the way i looked, but lately i'm more content with myself. When i listen to this song it's like Ville's telling me how beautiful i am, and that's a great feeling, cos well.. Ville is just amazing. |

I love this song. I just listened to the original but I didn't like it. Blue Oyster Cult play it far to fast, that way it loses all the seriousness and emotion. I don't really like the girl's voice (maybe i'm just jealous that she got to sing with Ville hehe) I also quite like the version in Scream, that's where I first heard the song. That's done by someone called Gus. Don't ask me who or what that is cause I have no fucking clue. |
