Ich war erst so schadenfroh, dass es hier noch nichts von den Erben gab.... aber dann erkannte ich die Möglichkeit, die erste zu sein, die diesen Song kommentiert. Dieser Verlockung konnte ich natürlich nicht wiederstehn.

If you think this is actually meant to be "a homage to true soldiers in the Medieval times" I have to remind you that in mediveal times the USA did not exist to those "warriors", and the world was rather samll and flat :) I wonder why Manowar are always having US-flags on their covers...
Anyways, this is a great song as long as you don't take them serious at all. Love it, reminds me of some "true friend" :) |

I also wondered about the meaning of this song until I looked at the cover of the album. It shows a priest in chains being thrown into the ocean by the devil. A Holy Diver, duh. Totally logical. |

I mean, tits and ass, why not. But "humps" and "lumps"? Why not call them "blob" and "hulk"? I really thought this song was meant to be satiric when I first heard it. Luckily my clock radio broke (for obvious reasons) and I'll probably never hear it again. |
