| Seether – Beer Lyrics | 19 years ago |

i think it's kinda funny that maggiemichelle is getting mad at quickstep because he said that Shaun is probably bored a lot...i mean, on other pages people are saying "I've had farts that are better music than this song" and "whatever dumbfuck likes this artist needs to kill themselves now." i mean, if quickstep offends you...good luck in the rest of this site. anyway, i've never really heard this song to be honest, but i think it's funny that it's called beer. And seether pretty much kicks ass, so i'm just going to go out on a limb and say that this is probably a good song. :) |

| well, i think we already got to the meaning a few pages back, so I'll just point out that this song is fucking AMAZING and leave it at that. | |

yeah, i can see what you mean, eternal. Like when he says that he pisses on everything because he thinks he's a fire engine. That definitely sounds like spiritual enlightenment to me! Seriously, I have no idea whether or not tool does drugs, or if it's heavy or not, but who really cares? Does it change their music? no. Just listen and be glad they exist, stoned or not. |

struck u with what? a hammer? a guitar? well, I thought it was funny (sort of) Good song, tho. and the best part is (just like everyone else said) the part that starts with "we all wanna die like movie stars..." |

| AFI – Miss Murder Lyrics | 19 years ago |

OK, first off, this song is AMAZING, and if anyone's seen the video, it's pretty good too, and the ending is great (miss murder touches davey on the back of the neck, and then they show a rabbit dying). Anyway, here's my take on the meaning. I think that there are multiple voices, the first one hoping to immortalize himself by killing himself (that would be the chorus), then a second voice talking about voice number one killed himself (the verses). Then the bridge-thingy might be another voice, or just one of the first two voices. Or at least that's the theory. |

| Avenged Sevenfold – Strength of The World Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| great song, and I totally agree with living hell and everyone else. absolutely amazing, and I love the music that builds up to the heavy guitar. works very well. have they always done that, or is it just on this cd? | |
| Avenged Sevenfold – Bat Country Lyrics | 20 years ago |

I don't know about everybody else, but I heard bat country on the radio (funky monkey 1049!!!), and had to get the cd. But since my library only had st7t, I got that one, and I HATED it. I mean, it's not because I don't like hardcore. I love korn and slipknot and disturbed like everyone else, but I really hated that album. 90% of it was just screaming, which would be OK except that it wasn't even EMOTIONAL screaming, it was just singing from the back of his throat with no melody. So was that CD just not their best, or should I just be happy that shadows had to get surgery? cause CoE is great, now that I've got it. Are any of their other albums this good, or are they all like st7t? |

Yeah, alright, it was blissfreak. What the HELL!? KoRn might not be perfect, but it sure as hell isn't pop. If a family member of yours dissapears...well..then I guess u know who did it. Also, pink floyd is nothin' compared to KoRn, unless your an old guy sitting around bitching about the good old days and getting offended when you hear a disturbed song... ..which is another kickass band, btw. |

This song is crazy good, but a little less cool if its about messing with yourself on the speakers. I figured it was about taking refuge in music. I don't think the "fuck you" part is necessarily literal, but might just be talking about music can mess with your head. I have no idea why it would between your legs, though. Maybe it was just arbitrary. Anyway, my explination would explain the first verses (just that she is seen as dark (devils little sister) and finds refuge in her music). The chorus is pretty self explanitory. The third verses seem to be saying how the music is shaping the way she feels about life, etc. basically, her attitude. The fourth is talking about how life has screwed her up. The next one I can't understand at the end. It sounds like "just let me be between you and me don't fence.", but that makes no sense. It might be about society trying to kill the devil that the music has bred inher, but that might be going out on a limb. And then the chorus twice. I'm not extremely devoted to KoRn like some ppl on here are, but this is one helluva song. the intro is cool, too. And frankly, I don't really care about metallica that much. They seem sorta boring, compared to KoRn. And who said KoRn was POP? I'm gonna ram that $^#%ers face through a $^$&ing window... ..dumbass... |

| Eminem – Lose Yourself Lyrics | 20 years ago |

I don't really listen to rap hardly at all, mostly just rock (disturbed, slipknot, sum 41, offspring, etc.), but this song totally kicks ass. I heard it on one of those ipod commercials on tv, and i knew i had to get it. I dunno about any of his other stuff or any other rappers, but this song is kick ass all the way! And I'm pretty sure it's "post-mortum" (check my spelling), not post mortar. Post mortum means that fame come after you're already dead (like tupac). post mortar would mean.................................................................................................................................................after you get hit with a mortar, I guess. ;-) |
