It's not "Steaming soup against her mouth" it's "steaming soon begins to melt". To me, I feel this is very much about suicide. I think he new his own suicide notes would be edited, as it has prooven today that they have been. By doing this as a suicide note it sums up what he feels. I think it means that people take the mick. Like the fact that the animals are the problems he caught, now he has to look after them cause they're his pets.. And that it's okay to eat fish, cause they don't have any feelings - meaning that cause he's a pisces and he's sensitive it's okay to eat the fish. A pisces is a fish...
