This is, like, the ultimate hate song. "I'd celebrate at your wake, I'd bake myself a cake. 'Cause you're my favorite person that I love to hate." *snickers* ...and his morbid little sense of humor. His music is like a Dead Baby Jokes... You know? You either giggle evilly and wish you could come up with that kind of thing, or upon hearing them, you run right over to a church and go to confession because they've tainted your innocent little soul. |

| I've loved HIM for quite some time, not as long as others, but a good while. Ever since the day I first heard them, I've listened to them at least once a day. They've grown and evolved, and now, sound insanely different from when they started. I've been attached to Dark Light since it came out, and upon discovering this old song (on the internet) recently, have fallen in love with it. I don't have a personal connection to it, linking it to something in my past that it reminds me of, but when I first heard this song, it brought tears, stinging my eyes. I love what HIM has become, they're amazing, but I miss the way they used to be, so much. | |
