When I hear this song I think of a guy who lost someone they loved. He knows she is in Heaven and he's saying if he could touch her, he wouldn't need her cause he'd have her, and he says if he could touch her, someone would have to call him God, because God is with her and he's just on Earth. "ALL I HAVE IS WHAT I HAVE FROM YOU AND I CAN'T SEE YOU I JUST KNOW YOU'RE THERE AND YOU ARE LOVE AND YOU CARE" He has all she left him, he can't see her but she's there, she loves him and cares even if she's not alive. "YOU CANT SEE ME IF I'M NOT DEAD" If he was dead and in Heaven, she could see him again. |

| *I see* Someone important to him was killed by "felons", but he still feels it's his fault. Anywho, he knows this person will be alright and find their way home. [Maybe to peace, finally. Or Heaven.] This person was his hero, and he knew this person coulda lived a long time and he just wanted to be there for this person. At the end of the song he realizes that his hero can't be hurt anymore, where they are now. It kind of puts his mind to rest. Beautiful song. | |

| I think of someone who feels missunderstood and sits in his room all the time, and the walls of his room just take in everything. All his pain, anger, sadness...and they obviously can't speak, and he's glad they don't. Same thing with God, God knows everything too. He doesn't want God or the walls to let anyone else know what's going on. | |

| When I listen to this song I see a guy who is still in love with a girl who had told him she'd help him, she cried with him and later on left him [When you died] Basically, without her and her love he just suffers all alone. He hopes it will be over soon and he's waiting for her to come back. [He's hoping she will.] He's waiting on her and she is definately something "MORE than nothing" However anyone interprets this song, it's a great song. As are all of the songs by Dead Poetic. | |

| Aside from having something to do with God, I also see this song as about a guy who's kinda like me. In love, missing their loved one, and slightly going through a mental breakdown. [This fight, my struggle. ; My life in shambles. ; I'm heading nowhere fast. ; It's gone, my past.] Kind of looking to the future with the one he loves and trying to move on from the past. Like me. The title, Green Desire, makes me think the girl he loves has green eyes. And it's repeated- "I want to see your eyes". Just my thought, I really like how this song can tie into me a little. [And I have/love green eyes. ^-^] | |

Something about this band I don't like, but they're pretty cool. I like this song the most, especially the beginning. What I think it is about, is a young carefree girl who never thought she would die. Well, she was young, little kinds don't generally think about that. And the rest of the song is probably about someone close to her, family or otherwise, mourning over her death. They lay her in her coffin and basically he's just mourning. It's a beautiful sad song. |
