| Aphex Twin – Beetles Lyrics | 19 years ago |

I am almost entirely sure the lyrics are: Beetles in my carpet. at my feet. they come when i eat. Insects always seem to show up to eat crumbs and such. have you noticed how many ants come out if you leave food out in plain sight? of course, i could be wrong. : P |

| Daft Punk – Too Long Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Er, actually glitter53566 it's not that long of a song. Sure, it's long compared to most songs, but there are plenty that last much longer. For example, Pink Floyd, Yes, Rush, and many more bands all have songs that are over 20 minutes. | |

| I think the lyrics are actually steam....machine.... | |
| Pink Floyd – Bring the Boys Back Home Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| According to Roger this song is about not letting anything (including war) become so important that you forget about what's really important to you. I would have thought it was about bringing people back from the war, but Roger said in an interview that that's what it's about. I guess it's open to interpratation anyway, though. ^_^ | |
| Daft Punk – Emotion Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| Um...It's quite obviously e..mo..shun. I hear absoulutely no resemblence to where are you, the name of the song is emotion and nearly every other song on the cd sings the songs title, and where are you makes no sense. | |
| Pink Floyd – Poles Apart Lyrics | 20 years ago |

While the idea that the song is about Roger and Gilmour is posible, I disagree. As a few people mentioned, 'the division bell' has a central theme, like all of pink floyd's later work. The theme is the lack of communication between people that causes them to slowly drift apart. However, i still haven't figured out exactly how this song fits in to the theme, i don't really think it has anything to do with waters OR gilmour. |

The theories that the song is about growing up are interesting, and everyone is entitiled to their own opinion, but i'm not sure. The rest of the songs on the album seem to have a theme that fits with the album title (the division bell): the lack of communication between people, causing them to drift apart. Songs like What do you want from me and keep talking seem to keep with this theme. I think this song might be about the result of the seperation, and the feelings of regret and lonliness, but as i said, everyone is entitiled to their own opinions. ^_^ |
