METALLICA ALBUM REVIEWS---- KILL'EM ALL: A Good album, although not quite as good as Ride the Lightning or Master of Puppets. Some song lyrics are little childish, but it's good to hear what Metallica has been back then. Favorite Songs: Phantom Lord, Whiplash, Seek & Destroy Ride The Lightning: A+ Good Album. Some people say Master of Puppet is better than Ride the Lightning, but both of them are good albums, important in metal history. Favorite Songs: Fade to Black, Fight Fire With Fire, For Whom the Bell Tolls, The Call of Ktulu Master of Puppets: A+ Good Album. Metallica at its best, but its sad that this album is the last album with Cliff. Favorite Songs: Master of Puppets,Orion, Leper Messiah ... And Justice For All: A I don't really like this album much as i like RTL or MOP, but it has some good songs like One. Favorite Song: One Metallica (Black Album): A+ I know some of you might not agree with me here, but Black Album contains good songs (Other than Enter Sandman) such as Wherever I May Roam or Holier than Thou (I was surprised when i saw the song 'Better than you' in Load Album) Favorite Songs: Enter Sandman, Wherever I May Roam, Holier than Thou, Sad But True S&M: B Nah.... Load: B Metallica loses its real sound in Load. I feel bad for Metallica ReLoad: B Not the Album Metal fans would wanna listen to.. This is more like a Rock than Metal. St. Anger: A- In St. Anger, Metallica tries to go back to their old style. Their songs became more aggresive than those in Load ot ReLoad. But Still, something is missing. This Album sounds like a garage music or demo music, especially because of Crappy drum sounds (Sounds like Lars is Drumming on Trashcans - Listen to 'Dirty Window.) But try listening to it, and it will grow up on you. Hope Metallica produces some decent songs from now on. |
