There is quite a bit missing from the song.
I actually think he is talking about abortion. He asks what his daughter has become and refers to trash, abomination, dilating, extracting and burying. In the verses that are missing he refers to vacum and scraping.

I think its the conception that when you are young that you will live forever. He is starting to feel the pains of age and decides he doesn't want to be forever young. He doesn't want to live forever anymore. |

This is one of my favorite songs ever!
This is how I see this song. He is questioning meeting the person who is supposed to be the one but things are not perfect. He is willing to try anything but she crushes his soul and is oppressive to his nature. He can't live that way she breaks him. |

To me its about his end. He feels he is beyond repair and just wished he could have let her in. He is falling apart and he thinks its all her fault. |

I think the meaning was clearly cover. This song kicks major ass. One of the most memorable from my Haunted concert experience.
