I'm pretty sure that in Kanye's part it's not, "I'm pullin girls out the Benz like a 'six-men'" but rather, "I'm pullin' girls off the *bench* like a *six*, man" This makes more sense to me for these reasons... 1. In the video for the song, at this point, Kanye takes the hand of and starts walking with a girl who was sitting on a bench. 2. I see the "six" part of the verse as referring to the #6 bus in Chicago, which runs from 79th on the south side, to Wacker Dr. downtown. It's one of the major ways that people on the eastern part of the south side, near(ish) the lake, use to get downtown, including ostensibly, tha' ladies. (in all seriousness, yes, they definitely do) |

Why would it be talking about Jesus? Matisyahu is a Hassidic Jew. I see what you're saying but I don't think that that is the song's intended meaning. I believe what Matisyahu means in this song is that we are all part of G-d's design for the world and that we are all warriors in the world, sent to transform darkness into light for His glory. |
