i have soo many images of this poem/song in my head when i listen to it, everyone interprets it their own way i guess, this bit is quite sad "I kissed you at the apex of the maelstrom and asked If you would accompany me in a quick fall, But you made me realize my ticket wasn't good for two" i have loved this track since the day i heard it, i listen to it in bed and sometimes fall asleep to it, its a good soft song and is one of the best written lyrical poems i have read, i love this soo much, it means soo much to me |

i agree! and it could have been in the case involving a relationship maybe and not putting his friends first?? This is one of the best spoken word songs, up there with "this time imperfect" by AFI, the poem on that is amazing, if this went for nearly as long as the AFI one did, it would own it. i love "hello my first name is distance and i really don't care if i never wake up again" , its so deep. |
