like the majority of yall have said it is about giving in to the temptation of sex and regretting it due to your morals that are now shattered. its pretty clear that they regret it "these sheets tell of regret, i admit im just a fool for you". i think they wrote of premarital sex and regretting it because its against the bible and technically they are in fact a christian band. still a phenomenal song |

this song is wonderful. it means a whole lot to me, due to the fact the words are incredibly genuine. i was sung this song once. not for a break up or anything but it had good reasoning and what not. the best line is: "I wish you were a stranger I could disengage Say that we agree and then never change Soften a bit until we all just get along" |

this is by far one of the sweetest songs ive heard in a long time. it tells such a great story of these two in love. honestly when someone says their hopes are so high that your kiss might kill them and then asks you to kiss them so they die happy???? come on now thats entirely to sweet. not to mention the fact that it so fits two of my friends, especially the whole sound of the stereo......part. its one of dashboards best songs. |
