this song is about a part of San Fransisco known as the Tenderloin. Its pretty much a shitty part of town with crackheads and speed freaks asking for money on the street. I've seen people shooting up, getting bjs, and gather in large groups to heckle people. Its a dirty and smelly part of town on the North side of Market.
Larkin is also refering to a street that runs through it. I dont know what TI is. Probably some Bar or club. |

Tim tried too hard to rhyme. Thats my problem with most of Rancid's stuff. Most of it is great, the rest of it kinda seems like filler on the Cds.
