i agree with monkeyabuser(lol at the username) because the lines"I wanna live again I wanna start everything over again" is pretty muichs aying he wants to be rebron and start over and not make the same mistakes. a quick little flight is about him wondering if his girlfriend still has feelings for him and he wonders if she still sees him' can you see me at all' the more you talk the less i hear is about him wanting to give anything to be with his girlfriend it seems basement ghost singing- i beleive is about him being a ghost in his girtlfriends basement and missing her but knowing she cant hear him and him knowing shes moving on. walking at night alone- i think its about him wanting to be able to walk hand in hand with his girlfriend bt he cant( cause hes dead) and he knows he never can , and i think the line ''Can you please keep talking to me now? Tell me all about your new friends'' is him wanting to know about her new boyfriend or new friends i was right all along- is him finally realizing that he has moved on and its too late. the end of a fraud- the final song on the Cd is by far one of the best- it hink its him finally giving up on love and movinig on''I’m leaving again For the second time alright'' and then when he goes into the verse form the truth about heaven i thinks its him realxing he wants ot be with her and he repeats what already happened It’s all pretty clear But when I left you all stayed the same Now I think I believe That I was never alive in the first place They never heard one sound out of my mouth is pretty much saying that his suicide wasnt only for his gf it was for friend too. because '' they never changed'' when he died. and he thinsk they never loved him and that he was never alive. this CD is amazing. but i think the cd also has a moral and i think that moral is that suicide is never worth it because you''ll regret everything and want to be back alive. |

atreyu is one of the first hardcore/metalcore bands i got into. and thats what got me hooked on it. this song is by far one of my favs ever. the lyrics are just amazing. i think jbo523 is right, if you read the lyrics, all the songs talk about being dead, or heaven, im not sure about the ex-girlfriend part but it makes sense. but this cd has gotten to be one of my favs, i listen to alot harder things- still remains, casey jones, atreyu, as i layd ying, on broken wings, calico system but this has gotten to be on of my favs because he has some of the best lyrics alex varkatzas or atreyu and ben are so close together with writing. |
