Contrary to popular belief, Ozzy wrote this song with a gentleman named Bob Daisley who wrote the music. Unfortunately Randy didn't write any of the music, except for the solo. There are several myths about the song including the one about the hospital and the sick friend which are untrue. Its actually about society's opressive reaction to rock and roll. Randy was the greatest guitarist to ever live, and I miss him dearly. |
