I don't think rape is the subject, especially given the point at the end that she is making money for a reason, namely to feed herself and her family, and the elements that make one think of rape, are just bluntly descriptive elements to what she has to do to make that money. |

This song seems like a narrative of his addiction ("When we came here today, all I wanted to say was how much I miss you."), and the last three lines seem to refer to the high and the subsequent come-down. I could be wrong, though, that's just how I've come to interpret it. |

While I initially saw the same thing as the above commenter, the latter part of the song indicates the song is from a fan's perspective, and overall the song seems to be about people who are drawn to certain songs in a misery-loves-company sort of way, they relate to the song, and in a way, it makes them feel less lonely. |
