I like this song, but seriously. The song is called Glycerine, and pronounced "Glic-er-eene." Someone mentioned Nitroglycerin which is an explosive, but is used for CHEST PAIN. On another note, "glycerine" suppositories are used for constipation, so I have no idea what this song means, but I like it anyway. |

The beauty of music is that you can make it into whatever fits YOU. Personally, I am living with my girl....kindafriend, and she tells me to get out when I do something wrong, which seems to be every damn day. This house is definitely not a home, I WILL be better off alone come Feb 1st (already put the deposit down) and the word "stoned" doesn't always mean pot, as I get stoned off beer, and I am always "stoned" when she comes home so I don't get so pissed when she "screams at me." I love this song, and it literally gets me through each and every day. |

Just so you all know, the "singers" name is Sully. I saw godsmack in Reno last year and they did an ALL acoustic performance that was kick ass. Sully and the band took questions from the fans about every 3 songs or so, and he explained the meaning of this song. It's about how he felt at a time when he was drunk all the time and trying to figure out how to get on track. Read this part again, and it makes total sense.
