The song seems like it's talking about pimping mainly because of the following: 'So that she had to roam the streets She don't do major credit cards I doubt she does receipts It's all not quite legitimate' Describes the prostitutes 'And I've seen him with girls of the night He told Roxanne to put on her red light They're all infected but he'll be alright Cause he's a scumbag, don't you know I said he's a scumbag, don't you know!' I'm assuming 'him' is the pimp and Roxxane is the whore (who is infected with STD) 'She's making a subtle propisition' aka "Looking for a good time' 'She's in the stance ready to get picked up' The 'hooker' stance, standing by the streets waiting to get picked up. Either they're talking about basic prostitution or about a man who has a normal day job and turns into a corrupt pimp during the night life. It makes sense to me >_> |
