I disagree FallOutBoyGirl4Life, I think this album is just a good, maybe even better than their self-titled album. The "Move Along" Album has songs that aren't about heartbreak, which was what the last one was all about. I think this one is them growing up a bit. But about this song... I think that "Top of the World" is about how you shouldn't be envious of people that are "on top of the world" because eventually their fake little world is going to fall... |

This song makes me think of a few different things. The first verse made me think that the guy meets a girl, & he know's he doesn't love her, but they sleep together anyways & have a 1 night stand. The chours though, makes me think of graduation night. Everything's so sad, & everyone remembers past times. And then the last verse makes me think of when you have to go, but your bf/gf makes it hard for you to leave... |
