i'm not too much on religion but I think this might have a lot to do with god...., or a parent, or girlfriend, or even a friend. I think it's about someone going down the wrong path in life and can't bring himself out of it alone. i.e. I've done this so I might go to prison, or hell (Heaven’s gates won’t open up for me, With these broken wings I’m fallin’). suicied might be the way out... or I think he/she wants to be loved or at least feel that he is loved. And does things hoping someone will help. this song hits hard. love it. out. |
