| Pulp – Sorted for E's and Wizz Lyrics | 19 years ago |

I love the trancey electronic intro to this song. It's a lyrically straightforward, great track. |

Great song, it ends Different Class perfectly. A simple song about a hangover after a night of alchohol and drugs. Probably the most chilled out track on the album, which gives me an image of the narrator quietly helping his friend sober up. |

| The Bravery – Rites Of Spring Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| Is the title a reference to the eighties emo band Rites of spring? | |
| Inkubus Sukkubus – Soul Of Torment Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| This song is called Smile of torment, not soul of torment. | |
| Inkubus Sukkubus – Underworld Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| Good song, I heard it live last friday :) | |
| Mortiis – The Voice Of The Labyrinth, And... Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| This is not a song, it is a piece of poetry from the Mortiis book Secrets Of My Kingdom. The book was released with the stargate originally, but it is very hard to get hold of now. | |
| Limp Bizkit – Full Nelson Lyrics | 20 years ago |

I wrote a song inspired by Limp Bizkit: Yo! Limp Bizkit, in da motherfucking house! Get the fuck up! ---- Motherfuckers cant stop us, Da Bizkit is back, The crowd in da pit, fightin' to our tracks Our logos on ur skateboard, our cd's on your deck, Fucking all this shit up, while our fans are gettin' wrecked Are you ready for this shit, Get ready for da mutherfucking Limp Bizkit! - Chorus- we fucking hate everything, You hate everything too, So buy our fucking album, cos we can understand you! - Heavy metal shit, with the hip hop beat, Roll to this shit, get the fuck up off your seats |

"What is wrong with the truth that the Black Man is the Original Man?" ...thats just your opinion LOL! |

| Marilyn Manson – Dune Buggy Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| Awesome, if only Manson still sounded like this. | |
| Cradle of Filth – Black Metal Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
Sargent No Name, how did you decide this sounds gothic? It has screaming vocals and heavily distorted guitars, it sounds absolutley nothing like goth. Listen to some goth rock (Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus etc) and then try and say that. Good song, I prefer the original though. Venoms album black metal (and the song) just has an atmosphere and feeling this song lacks. |

| Mortiis – Everyone Leaves Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
" dude this guys nose is huge is he jewish?" Its called a mask, you dimwit. I think this song is looking back on Era 1 as well as his past in general, and putting down in song how he feels. |

| Mortiis – Flux / Mental Maelstrom Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
I interpreted this song as mortiis coming to terms with society rejecting him and trying to ruin him, in this song hitting back. Its a great live song. I suppose he could feel like this as people who review his music and live shows cannot get past the fact he wears a mask. I have read reviews with about three pragraph on his nose and maybe a bit on the end about his music. I'm glad he is wearing it less and less, maybe people will listen to the music without having to crack retarded jokes about trolls or whatever. |

| Mortiis – Smell The Witch Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
Apparantly this track is about a straw witch his grandmother had in her house, he apparantly used to hate it because it looked creepy and the straw stunk after a while. Of course, it could have other meanings and the witch could be metaphorical for something other than the straw witch when he wrote it. I have also heard he said in an interview that he dreamt about witch and it smelt like his grandmothers house in the forest. |

| Mortiis – Antimental Lyrics | 20 years ago |

To fully understand a Mortiis song you need to understand the Era's. I suppose this song explains his state of depression and confusion upon entering Era 2, he has gone from being a powerful tyrant in Era 1 to lost in a desert and having nothing but rags in era 2. The songs on the smell of rain are quite emotional, and reflect the way Mortiis felt then so it is hard to fully understand the songs. " My Omnipresence this is me. My friend, turns into an enemy." I think he is talking in third person in the above quote and questioning himself. |

| Sonata Arctica – Don't Say a Word Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
This reminded me of Othello by Shakespeare, the fact he lights a candle before killing her and when he says he promises the end before light arrives. There are parts I do not understand, but I'm sure its about a husband killing his wife as he believes she has been unfaithful. |
