Great song. So many of Halifax's songs seem to be about couples and love.. I really like this line of the song... ''Turn up your evil turn down your care'' And i think the song basically means ''I'm sorry for everything i've done and everything i feel, everybody and because of what i've done, i'm prepared to suffer, so go ahead and be cruel to me and stop caring about me. I don't deserve care, but you do. I'm sorry for everything.'' Gaawwd this song is amazing. |

This is a really good song which makes me think about my emotions.. It also made me cry in the film, Armageddon, cos Don't Wanna Miss A Thing is the soundtrack for that film. Quite surprised that not many peoples have commented this song.. It's quite famous as well, not just cos of the film. They put it on music channels as well.. |

I'm not sure what this song's about either. Well i kind of am. I think it's about someone leaving their partner because they knew they weren't truly happy with them. Or perhaps their partner wasn't telling them everything. And that made the other person sad.. So they left to make their life better. And wanted to search for someone else who they could love and be loved back by them, not have any problems and tell each other everything. Like true love. And the car crash bit in the video.. well i'm not sure what that's about, but it could symbolise when the person's life came crashing to the ground so they thought they'd leave then. And kinda restart their life... maybe?? |

Such a short song, but it builds up so much tension before they get into the song and the lyrics... And there's just so much going on before they even start to sing. There must be more instrumental stuff in that song than singing But it's a cool song. Uber cool. Quite puzzling what the song's actually about. I have the feeling it's about someone suffering from some poison in hospital and not getting better. Ooh that Jamelle person is most probably more right than i am. This song reaches down deep inside me and brings all my feelings to the surface. And it kinda hurts, but it helps to get through life. And recently one of my swimming coaches died [he was only 18!] and he was a great coach and it was hard getting over the fact that he's not here anymore, but listening to ATITS helped.. Also a person i like moved to Australia in January and i miss him too. So yeah. ATITS are good with making their songs meaningful. This song makes me cry, but it's still amazing. The thing with And Then I Turned Seven is that they're quite unique.. that's probably why they're so good.. meh well. They're cool and their songs help with feelings.
