i don't feel like scrolling through twenty-some odd pages of comments, but question. am i the only one who realizes the similarties between adam's song, and come as you are, by nirvana? blink's: i took my time, i hurried up. nirvana's: take your time, hurry up. blink's: the choice was mine, i didn't think enough. nirvana's: the choice is yours, don't be late. yes, i realize that it's a very small part of both songs, but come on. adam's song seems to answer the questions asked in come as you are. no, i'm not trying to say the songs are identical, or that blink stole from nirvana. because obviously, both of those statements would be false. but nobody can deny the resemblance of those lyrics. hmm.. just my opinion. :D xoxo. - trina |
