I do not think, like infotainment_lad, that he gets an actual disease like AIDS. I figured that the song was about a guy who used a girl for his own pleasure(s), not really caring about her. In the end she does leave him and he discovers that he has feelings for her, which in my opinion would be the disease (love). Only the girl is totally over him, and won't accept him back. Musically this is one of the most beautiful ballads of T? |
