well i am new to this site and i just had to post about this song because i like it in so many different ways. but the question about this box states "What does this song mean to you?" so I'm going to write what it meant to me, and it's far from what it really is. When I first heard this I thought of it as more of a love/romance song. "Baby slow down, the end is not as fun as the start", when you begin a relationship, sometimes one or the other tends to rush and desire to get far with the other person. "and you feel like no one before." this particular person is like no other person that they have loved before. "I kneel ‘cos I want you some more, I want the lot of what you got, And I want nothing that you’re not", means to me that the loved one is so special to them that they want them so much to have to beg for them for all the love they have to give. and they want them to be truthful. yeah, im not disagreeing with any of the other interpretations, its just that this is what i thought a year ago. |
