I think this song is FOR education, but not really in favor of our current system of educating because it's hurting the kids. Oh, and anti-psychotic meds are overperscribed to change kids for the "better" and nobody really researches problems or the downside to the meds they take. Thats basically what I get out of this. |

Funny song. I liked SLC Punk, but for the wrong reasons. I thought it was an accurate depiction of fake people, they make me laugh so much. Punk music is not dead, but punks themselves are. I'm sorry, but the movement is over.
Were/are there better bands than The Exploited and The Sex Pistols? Well yes, but to compare them to bands that would come out after their time is obsurd. And I don't hear and similarity between those two and Good Charlotte and Blink 182. Now excuse me while I go throw up, I just painfully swollowed some bullshit. |

During a live concert, Daron went up to the microphone and said "Once again, this song is about nothing!" Then they proceeded to play Aerials. So really, this song's initial meaning may just be that: nothing. However, this is also one of those songs that can mean something unique to the listener, it just wasn't intended to mean anything specific. |
