I think this song could be about using drugs to forget whats going on in reality. "Small scars of love" sounds like a needle prick and "I've been waiting on the overdrive Slick and polished on the inside" could be about the feeling off just having taken a shot. THere are obviously two subjects of the song and this might be a lover, or simply a friend who doesnt seem to get so many negative effects. I also think the ending of the song is a very emotive way of showing the effect the drugs have: "And nothing matters anymore." I dunno, i just confused myself, but make of it what you will. |
