To add more to reverticon's. The bombing was the 1963 Birmingham bombing of the church. The arsons are those that followed that evening, when whites tourched a couple of the blacks business establishments.
The person who bombed was tried and found not guilty of the bombing, but served jail time for possession of dynamite. He was tried again 14 years later when Investigators found that there was a lot of evidence that was not presented in the first trial. He was found guilty of the bombing. |
