i sent my best friend a message with these lyrics, even though we were both at the same place at the time.. but anyways, we both ended up crying over it because its exactly the kind of thing we would say to each other to let us know were both there for each other.. if that makes any sense at all.. and when i listen to this song it makes me cry.. i think its a really sweet song and it reminds me of my best friend.. i dont mean to be all soppy but hey, i think this just might be my favourite song off the album |

to me the chorus is like.. the person she's talking about always does or says things to make her angry or upset and when this happens she leaves or tries to leave.. but the other person wont call after her because it doesnt really bother them that much that she has left, or they know that she'll be back anyway.. because she cant be without them... and it just keeps repeating like that. 'this is how it goes..' this song is exactly how i feel |

i never really thought about this song as being about your girlfriend or boyfriend cheating on you with a friend or something but now that i think about it it kind of makes sense haha. this song remeinds me of someone i used to be friends with but i realised how she just sort of used people to get to guys i guess, and just went around this group of guys if that makes sense.. the line 'everyone's caught on to everything you do' kind of relates to that, and also 'have another drink and drive yourself home, i hope there's ice on all the roads, and you can think of me when you forget your seatbelt and again when your head goes through the windsheild' the second time when he yells it, i just wish i could yell that at her haha would sound so lame if i did but yeah.... cause yeah she's done and said some pretty awfull stuff to people, and about people.. so anyways its one of my favorite brand new songs |
