i went to my mom's dad's funeral this morning. she hadn't seen him in 22 years. also, i'm seeing my dad for the first time in over six months tonight. (this was going to be in some way related to the song when i started out.) yea. i can relate to this loss of a father/grandfather, whether it be absolute or not. |
