the lines in this song 'don't let them take you down you'll leave a better world than you found' strikes me particularly...
i feel as though that means..; don't let them bring you down with them, and him screaming drown me slowly implying that he'll die or wants to or just wants to leave this place in some way.. he's saying that not letting them bring you down will make this world a better place.. because it is just one more person doing right and not giving in...

anyone you likes this song must listen to Killer by ATB.. when i first heard Burn, burn it instantly remind me of another song i knew.. but i couldnt put my finger on it right away.. it took me awhile.. but Killer by ATB has an uncanny resemblance to Burn, Burn.. |

I agree for the most part.. but what do you guys think of the lines...:
in bed she flexes her knees to try and abate the feeling
she mouths the words 'please' to the poster on the ceiling
i dont think the girl is trying to abate a sexual feeling.. but.... eh i dunno |
